About the role

Frontend-focused role responsible for the marketing and product web experiences, content infrastructure, localization, performance, accessibility, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and quality across Sierra’s web presence.

Responsibilities

  • Own frontend across product and marketing surfaces: build features in the web app and ensure branding/UX consistency across website.
  • Build content infrastructure that unblocks the team: develop the CMS (Sanity) with structured content models, editing experiences, and preview/staging workflows for non-engineers.
  • Champion growth: implement analytics and experimentation in partnership with marketing, sales, and operations to translate business goals into shipped features.
  • Make localization first-class: support localization/internationalization, translation workflows, and related infrastructure.
  • Treat performance as a feature: own Core Web Vitals, media/asset optimization, and diagnose performance issues (layout shift, lazy-loading, video quality, render timing).
  • Hold a high bar for accessibility: champion semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, WCAG-minded component design.]
  • participate in cross-functional collaboration with designers, content writers, and marketers to translate goals into technical work and tradeoffs into actionable terms.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and growth fluency: experience on marketing or growth-facing web, understanding funnels, conversion, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Strong frontend fundamentals: modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar), strong UI/UX craft.
  • Commitment to performance and accessibility with concrete production improvements.
  • Comfort with structured content: experience with headless CMS and structured content models; Sanity a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration: ability to work with non-engineers and translate goals into technical work.
