About the role

Turn Firecrawl’s product stories into fast, native short-form videos for social channels. Lead end-to-end video production from concept to publishing, including shooting, editing, and analyzing performance. Based in San Francisco with travel for shoots.

Responsibilities

  • Turn 'we should make a video about that' into a video from concept to publish, including finding hooks, pacing, sound and captions.
  • Develop recurring short-form formats around founders, product, customers, and team.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to understand the build and translate it into compelling visuals.
  • Film in office and on the road for launches, events, customer stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Support larger launch videos with footage, edits, or social cutdowns.
  • Own the publishing calendar, prepare channel-specific versions and ensure timely publication.
  • Track video performance (views, watch time, retention, shares, audience growth) and iterate based on results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video, or a body of work demonstrating the ability to produce similar content.
