About the role

Senior individual contributor role focused on inbound funnel automation, AI agents, and integrations to speed lead response, improve conversion, and streamline handoffs within the GTM stack. You ship end-to-end automation, coach marketers, and raise the AI maturity of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Speed up lead response. Build automations that route, score, and respond to inbound leads in minutes, not days. Own the systems behind speed-to-lead.
  • Build inbound AI agents. Design and deploy chat agents, form-follow-up agents, and lead-qualification agents for the top of the funnel.
  • Personalize the conversion path. Build and integrate website personalization, dynamic forms, and content recommendations tied to visitor intent and account data.
  • Own the lead lifecycle stack. Integrate marketing automation, CDP, enrichment, intent data, and CRM to keep lead data and status accurate at every handoff (e.g., Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, ZoomInfo/Clearbit, 6sense).
  • Automate content and SEO ops. Build workflows for content production, on-page optimization, and performance tracking at scale.
  • Make quality measurable. Build evals for lead-scoring accuracy, chat agent quality, and routing correctness against human baselines.
  • Build the guardrails. Implement human-in-the-loop review for customer-facing work, plus logging and rollback paths.
  • Coach and document. Develop playbooks and reusable templates for marketing ops and demand gen to adopt AI.
  • Ramping plan. Embed with priority teams in months 1–3, expand use cases in 4–6, and own a meaningful slice of the GTM stack by months 7–12 with measurable impact.
  • Own the year-one outcome: high-friction workflows automated end-to-end, self-sufficient teams, reusable templates, and proven quality with rollback paths.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years across growth/GTM marketing, marketing/revenue operations, systems, or solutions engineering with hands-on automation or AI in GTM work
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows that changed real work
  • Fluency with the modern GTM stack and data movement between CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, and analytics; comfortable with integrations and pipelines
  • Strong prompt architecture skills; experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Make), and API/MCP integrations
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript to build lightweight tools, integrations, and workflows
  • Builder's instinct with GTM judgment; understanding funnels, ICP, and buying signals; ability to automate for revenue impact
  • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems (prompt evals, benchmarking, regression testing) is preferred
  • Fine-tuning or heavily customizing models for production is preferred
  • Comfort coaching non-technical teammates through AI adoption without relying on authority
  • B2B and enterprise SaaS background; familiarity with brand-safety and compliance constraints on automated outputs (preferred)
