About the role

Leads VeSync’s Graphic Design and Visual Design teams to deliver packaging, e-commerce, retail, web, and digital creative for new product launches across brands, with a focus on outcomes, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable design operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Graphic Design and Visual Design teams, fostering ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 4 years managing designers or creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio of team-led work across branding, packaging, e-commerce, and digital, with examples of the business results the work supported.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to measurable outcomes (on-time delivery, quality, and in-market performance) while managing multiple concurrent launches.
  • Hands-on experience with, or strong working knowledge of, generative AI design tools and how to apply them in a production environment.
  • Ability to use performance data and KPIs to guide creative decisions and team priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and project management platforms such as Monday.com and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and external creative partners.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments: scrappy, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with fast, reliable follow-through and a highly collaborative style.
