Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to address business challenges with AI agents
- Build the future of Sierra's platform by guiding customer-driven evolution and prototyping new tools and features
Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments
- Builder mindset with high agency and shipping capability
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Excitement in the retail space and helping top brands build loyalty
