Design and build production-grade AI agents for government institutions at the federal and state level, partnering with leadership to scale Sierra's public sector team and evolve the platform through direct collaboration with public sector customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI agents for government institutions at the Federal and state level.
- Partner closely with industry leadership to build our public sector team, including capture motion, market strategy, and product components to scale quickly.
- Work closely with institutions to understand their most urgent needs and identify opportunities to expand impact (e.g., outbound contacts or long-horizon agents).
- Build the future of the platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools and features, and collaborating with research, product, and platform to shape AI agent development.
Qualifications
- Full stack software development skills and familiarity with AI development processes.
- A passion for public sector work and belief in the potential of public institutions to transform outcomes for constituents.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems; coordinating with public servants at partner institutions.
