About the role
Strategist responsible for planning and executing the development of Sierra’s AI agents for enterprise customers in the Tech, Media & Telecom space, from initial scope to production, partnering with customer executives and cross-functional teams to drive value.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch and continuous iteration in production.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategy to meet business goals.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day, running sessions, troubleshooting, and keeping the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product by surfacing unmet customer needs and feeding them back to research and platform.
Qualifications
- Customer obsession and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Technical aptitude to engage with API documentation, data models, and system architecture.
- Ownership and delivery with a track record of delivering multiple complex, high-visibility projects.
- Interest or experience in telecommunications, media, technology, or subscription businesses; familiarity with customer care, billing, identity, content, or support systems (preferred).
