About the role
Role focused on coordinating recruiting operations at David AI, a fast-growing audio data research company. Reports to Recruiting Operations Manager and collaborates with recruiters and hiring stakeholders across the full hiring lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the coordination that keeps the recruiting process moving
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders
- Support the full hiring lifecycle operating within a fast-growing AI company
- Participate in expanding the People + Talent team (across People Partners, Technical Sourcers, Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators)
Qualifications
- Experience in People or Talent operations or recruiting coordination (all levels considered)
- Able to move fast, take ownership, and contribute during a period of growth
