About the role

Solutions Consultant responsible for the technical deployment and strategy for Fortune 500 accounts, guiding technical implementation, data architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure clean, actionable behavioral data for Fullstory analyses. Hybrid role based in Atlanta with in-office requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with client teams to gather requirements on technical features and address data architecture strategy, ensuring optimal best practices and data cleanliness.
  • Build custom integration implementations using languages like JavaScript and Python, utilizing agentic AI to design, draft, and deploy technical solutions.
  • Advise clients on API implementation and data management best practices, anticipating product team questions before requests reach them.
  • Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate them for analytics, product, and engineering teams.
  • Own continuous learning and development, researching new features and maintaining comprehensive product understanding.
  • Leverage AI tooling to rapidly draft, test, and iterate on technical integrations, validating output before shipping.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing technical role (consulting, professional services, or similar).
  • A background in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable technical discipline.
  • Ability to translate broad client requirements into precise technical specifications for product/engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience debugging modern web applications using browser developer tools.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate technical workflows and validate model outputs.
