About the role

Hands-on, customer-facing technical role focused on design, deployment, and success of SentinelOne EDR/XDR solutions and Prompt Security implementations in enterprise environments. Starts from discovery and solution design through deployment, handover, and ongoing customer success; not a people manager or primarily pre-sales.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements spanning SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations, focusing on EDR/XDR environments and integration into the broader security ecosystem.
  • Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios (employee AI tool access, developer AI workflows, home-grown AI apps, and browser-based controls via enterprise MDM).
  • Advise customers on AI governance, data protection, and policy enforcement (addressing prompt injection and shadow AI risks).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during active deployments; escalate complex architectural decisions as needed.
  • Partner with pre-sales to scope engagements and provide technical input into SOWs.
  • Collaborate with channel partners (MSSPs, system integrators, resellers) to deliver engagements and build their capabilities.
  • Contribute to internal and partner-facing delivery documentation, implementation guides, and technical references.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent their technical needs internally.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity in customer-facing technical roles (Professional Services or security engineering).
  • Solid hands-on experience with enterprise EDR/XDR deployments, configuration, integration, and migrations from incumbent platforms.
  • Understanding of endpoint telemetry, detection/response workflows, and integration with SIEM, identity, and cloud security platforms.
  • Practical experience designing and delivering AI security controls (Prompt Security or similar platform).
  • Understanding of browser-based AI security deployment via MDM and API-level integration patterns.
  • Awareness of AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, shadow AI, agentic AI workflows).
  • Experience contributing to engagement scoping, effort estimation, and SOW input.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with channel partners in delivery or advisory capacity.
  • Proficiency across Windows, Linux, and macOS (installation, configuration, administration, security best practices).
  • Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of security and network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, LAN/WAN, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
  • Automation/scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent).
