Responsibilities

  • Independently own an ambiguous but defined Customer Marketing workstream from diagnosis through rollout.
  • Turn customer, market, and field insight into clear narratives, useful programmes, and concrete actions.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and local teams to move initiatives forward.
  • Prioritise opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, and available evidence.
  • Design rollout, adoption, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Define relevant metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on results.
  • Connect Customer Marketing work to adoption, commercial effectiveness, or business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience owning a meaningful Customer Marketing, commercial, GTM, or customer-facing Marketing scope.
  • Strong customer and commercial judgment.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and make clear choices.
  • Strong communication, narrative, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience turning insight into action, adoption, or measurable business impact.
  • Ability to work hands-on with limited direction.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to expand scope over time.
