About the role

Senior Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable big data infrastructure to power cyber threat detection research, enabling data scientists and security researchers to analyze petabytes of data and deliver threat detection solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that process petabytes of security data (5-10 petabytes daily) for research purposes.
  • Develop production-grade pipelines, applying software engineering best practices.
  • Operate big data infrastructure and cloud data warehouses with a focus on reliability and performance.
  • Partner with data scientists and security researchers to deliver impactful data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, observability, and governance across the platform.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, and distributed systems
