About the role

Leadership role to scale and standardize Dust deployments globally, delivering repeatable AI transformation for enterprise customers and building a partner delivery network.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Dust’s global AI Deployment team, set direction, priorities, and standards; hire and develop leaders and practitioners; shape regional coverage and deployment types.
  • Define a unified deployment method for Dust and partner teams; determine which deployments Dust leads vs. partners; establish entry/exit criteria and go-live readiness; monitor delivery health and quality; run regular delivery reviews; develop reusable playbooks and templates.
  • Personally lead complex, high-priority deployments; align stakeholders across executives, IT, security, and business units; design change programs and adoption milestones; develop AI operators and champions within customer teams; track adoption post-launch and hand off to Customer Success.
  • Build and grow a high-quality partner delivery network; assess partner capability and readiness; co-create onboarding, training, certification, and train-the-trainer programs; co-deliver early engagements and scale partners toward independent delivery; ensure unified Dust-partner experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience leading and developing customer-facing deployment or delivery teams across regions or segments.
  • Led complex enterprise deployments or transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Built or significantly improved deployment methodologies, services models, or delivery functions for scalable growth.
  • Led organizational change alongside technology rollouts and built adoption or champion networks.
  • Understanding of systems integrators, consultancies, and implementation partners; developed enablement or certification programs.
  • Proven ability to turn around at-risk engagements and balance standardization with necessary adaptation.
  • Credible with executives, partner leaders, and technical practitioners; hands-on, low-ego leadership and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to customer/partner sites as needed.
  • No requirement to be a machine-learning engineer; emphasis on delivery systems and execution.
