About the role

Growth Marketing role focusing on acquisition, segmentation, partnerships, content, experimentation, and international expansion to scale Alan’s prevention-focused offering (Prévenir) and related occupational health services.

Responsibilities

  • Own broad and strategically important Growth outcomes.
  • Challenge the initial framing of complex problems and identify the highest-leverage opportunities.
  • Connect Growth decisions to company objectives, market strategy, and long-term business impact.
  • Make explicit choices about where the organisation should and should not invest.
  • Build repeatable systems for insight, experimentation, measurement, and execution.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across teams, markets, and functions.
  • Anticipate second-order effects and create leverage beyond your own execution.
  • Raise the quality of Growth thinking and execution across the team.

Qualifications

  • A strong track record of owning broad or strategically important Growth outcomes.
  • Experience making complex trade-offs across business priorities and stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to challenge the framing of a problem and identify systemic constraints.
  • Strong business judgment, including an understanding of economics, measurement, and long-term impact.
  • Experience building scalable systems, standards, or ways of working.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong learning agility and comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to create leverage beyond your individual execution and raise the quality of the surrounding team.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
