About the role

Senior technical leadership role responsible for architecture and AI-enabled development within the Exposure Management group, owning end-to-end architecture from vision to production and driving AI adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the architecture across Exposure Management, from vision through production.
  • Lead high-impact projects across teams hands-on, and act as the technical link that keeps them aligned.
  • Drive AI adoption, both in how we build (AI-assisted development) and in what we build (LLM and agent-based features).
  • Set engineering standards and make pragmatic trade-offs on technology and tech debt.
  • Partner with Product and leadership to turn business goals into technical strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including experience as a tech lead.
  • Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed and event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), high-scale APIs and data models.
  • Engineering: Strong hands-on coding skills and a solid foundation in system design, algorithms and testing.
  • Leadership: Strong ownership, cross-team influence without formal authority, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
