About the role

Role focused on building the technical story for SentinelOne’s Singularity Platform through demos, content, and technical thought leadership to engage practitioners and influencers early in the buying cycle. Hybrid in Heredia with some travel, 2 days/week in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Own one or two medium-impact projects outright while contributing to several others, creating demos, content, and technical thought leadership.
  • Own the technical story while Product Marketing owns the market story; build demos, write technical content, and answer follow-ups.
  • Develop technical value proposition, covering technical benefits, integration capabilities, security features, and performance metrics; translate into customer-centric narratives.
  • Create technical content including white papers, blogs, solution briefs, deployment guides, technical articles, FAQs, etc., with reuse in mind.
  • Create demos and hands-on content (demos, scenarios, webinars, videos) from environment setup to final edit.
  • Design realistic attack and threat simulations and translate MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations into practitioner-friendly content.
  • Deliver assigned projects to plan with clear deliverables, dates, and ownership; manage reviewers and escalate blockers.
  • Collaborate with product management, product engineering, detection engineering, threat research, product marketing, sales engineering, and analyst relations; stay ahead of shipping features and adversary tradecraft.
  • Present work at webinars, user groups, and partner engagements; engage with security practitioner communities.
  • Incorporate deployment and evaluation feedback into product management and engineering; inform roadmap with lab findings and competitive bake-offs.

Qualifications

  • Big passion for cybersecurity and understanding product internals.
  • Hands-on lab setup and ability to build and test demos; capable of technical conversations with engineers and researchers.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint, cloud, or identity security; familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience, or 2 to 4 years of general professional experience; cross-functional backgrounds accepted.
  • Strong storytelling in writing and demos; ability to convey technical arguments clearly and maintain executive presence.
