About the role

Senior level role focused on modernizing MSSP partner agreements, building playbooks, and guiding negotiation strategy within SentinelOne's MSSP program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rebuild and launch of MSSP partner agreements, evolving legacy pricing addendums to align with current product offerings and go-to-market motion.
  • Prioritize deliverables with Partner Managers, guiding playbook creation and adoption.
  • Support new MSSP contracts and updates to existing pricing addendums, ensuring alignment with established standards.
  • Build and maintain a new agreement playbook and a pricing addendum update playbook.
  • Drive the evolution of the MSSP program by streamlining the overall MSSP agreement strategy and establishing a standard agreement with defined exception paths.
  • Build the MSSP negotiation playbook, defining target positions, acceptable flexibility, and negotiation strategy for various MSSP scenarios.
  • Serve as the guidance point when negotiations fall outside the playbook, engaging cross-functional senior leadership as required.

Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of experience in MSSP/partner ecosystem management and contracts management or administration.
  • Background in partner ecosystem work; MSSP partner experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of partner ecosystems and partner agreements, including MSSP/SI/GSI experience.
  • Hands-on contract experience with extensive agreement negotiation as a Partner Manager; formal contract management preferred.
  • Ability to review agreements and negotiations and identify potential issues.
  • Experience working with AI and automation tooling (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
