About the role

Senior technical leadership role focused on scaling SentinelOne’s MSSP ecosystem across North America, combining deep technical architecture work with strategic partner engagement to drive multi-quarter expansion and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • - Shape how prospective and current partners understand the benefits of SentinelOne, explaining technical features and solving complex roadblocks while building champions.
  • - Embody the Partner SE team's four pillars: build and empower technical champions, support partner GTM strategies and co-create joint solutions, drive technical success across the customer and partner journey, and own the franchise with a network of trusted cohorts.
  • - Set technical strategy with the Managed partner team to identify strategic partnerships and resolve blockers to scale the partner business.
  • - Conduct deep technical discovery of partners' deployments, service delivery motions, and legacy footprints to build current-state architecture maps.
  • - Design phased architecture roadmaps that sequence partners onto the Singularity Platform, including SKU sequencing and margin modeling for managed services.
  • - Convert roadmaps into multi-quarter expansion plans and work hands-on with partner engineering teams to resolve blockers and de-risk milestones.
  • - Own executive-level messaging and escalations, ensuring health of high-impact partner relationships with field and Product/Engineering leadership.
  • - Lead go-to-market initiatives and offerings with strategic partners, integrating SentinelOne technology into partner offerings.
  • - Bring strategic partner feedback to product management to shape the solution roadmap.
  • - Design and oversee technical training programs for partners and mentor other SEs, codifying reusable frameworks.

Qualifications

  • - 15+ years in the field, with 8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services.
  • - Proven track record scaling managed partner technical programs at a strategic level; experience designing multi-phase technical architecture roadmaps for enterprise/MSSP/MSP environments, including SKU sequencing and margin modeling.
  • - Strong experience operating at CTO/VP Engineering level with partners or customers; ability to translate roadmaps into commercial outcomes.
  • - Experience building relationships with internal sales, product, and executive leadership; ability to present to audiences from architects to C-level executives.
  • - Exceptional technical, communication, and organizational skills; deep experience with MSP/MSSPs, distributors, CSPs, channel, GSIs, alliances, and strategic partners.
  • - Prior practitioner experience at MSSP/MSP/MDR/IR partner or SOC.
  • - Expert-level familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM or data lake solutions; strong cybersecurity, identity security, and endpoint security knowledge.
  • - Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures (containers, serverless, microservices).
  • - Ability to learn quickly and drive multi-quarter change in partner service delivery.
  • - Preferred: experience as Solutions Architect/PS Consultant/Practice Lead at MSSP/MSP; familiarity with managed service catalog design or P&L; security certifications (AWS, GCP, CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP) or equivalent.
