About the role

Staff-level Solutions Engineer focused on enabling MSSP ecosystem, driving adoption, and evangelizing SentinelOne solutions across regional partners. Responsible for managing MSSP partners, delivering demonstrations, technical training, and coordinating resources with partner and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Managed partner team to identify and qualify partnership opportunities, identify key partner technical objections, competition, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers and scale the partner sales business
  • Bring feedback from partners and end customers to product management to improve the SentinelOne's solution
  • Drive follow-ups with partner resources to consistently deliver on messaging how SentinelOne adds value to the partner and their customers
  • Plan and create go-to-market initiatives and offerings with SentinelOne partners
  • Develop and execute technical training plans for partners
  • Own the technical relationship with SentinelOne's partners, and the coordination of additional technical resources
  • Deliver demonstrations and work hands-on with partners to demonstrate SentinelOne's value in the partner's environment or solutions

Qualifications

  • 15+ Years in field, 8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services experience
  • Proven track record of scaling managed partner technical programs at a strategic level, including mentoring other SEs
  • Proven experience designing and delivering multi-phase technical architecture roadmaps for enterprise, MSSP, or MSP environments, including SKU sequencing and margin/commercial modeling
  • Strong track record operating at the CTO/VP Engineering level with partners or customers, translating technical roadmaps into commercial outcomes
  • Strong background building relationships with internal sales, product, and executive leadership teams
  • Experience presenting and defending technical and commercial roadmaps and sales values presentations to varying audiences from architects to C-level executives
  • Previous experience as a practitioner at a MSSP, MSP, MDR, IR partner or in a SOC
  • Familiarity with SIEM or other data lake solutions
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security and endpoint security solutions
  • Experience with cloud computing environments (technical sales, devops, security, sales engineering or similar)
  • Experience in and understanding of cloud deployments, especially as relates to security and compliance
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP (Azure a plus)
  • Familiarity with modern cloud environments (containerized workloads, serverless, microservices)
  • Experience working with CSPs, channel, MSP/MSSPs, GSIs, or alliances partners
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
