About the role

Data role focused on end-to-end data work to impact healthcare outcomes, combining analytics, engineering, and science across the data spectrum with an in-house tooling and nimble data stack.

Responsibilities

  • Going deep into health consumption patterns
  • Understanding our product usage
  • Creating visibility to help our sales team perform
  • Automating how we reimburse our members
  • Building products that help our members stay healthy
  • Contributing to analytics, engineering, and science across the data spectrum
  • Owning our infrastructure and working with a nimble data stack (SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, Metabase)
  • Building in-house tooling to organize data and serve it to the rest of the company

Qualifications

  • Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R
  • Experience or willingness to grow in analytics, engineering, and science (flexible specialization)
  • Demonstrated impact in a first successful experience
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Humility, collaboration, and willingness to grow across seniority levels
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
