About the role
Product Builder role focused on end-to-end ownership of Mo, an AI health companion. Work across reactive care, insurance, global expansion, or platform capabilities to ship state-of-the-art AI health products in a hybrid Paris-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring impact on member health outcomes.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, ML engineers, data teams, and doctors; work with frontier LLMs and agentic systems; deploy to production.
- Navigate ambiguity and multiple stakeholders; translate into clear decisions and focused roadmaps.
- Hands-on prototyping, data digging, analyzing conversations/evals, engaging in technical details with the team.
- Contribute to product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on; comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding LLM behavior/failures)
- Interest or experience in medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven; focus on impact
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hardworking
- Humble and growth-oriented
- Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are a good fit
