About the role

Enterprise Account Executive role within Canva Enterprise, focusing on large enterprise customers in German-speaking markets, fluent in German and English, responsible for end-to-end sales with a customer-centric approach and deep product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Owning account planning — data-driven prospecting and targeting for potential customers; analyzing market landscapes to translate plans into sales activity
  • Managing pipeline and driving revenue growth — maintaining pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activity in Salesforce
  • Leading with a customer-centric mindset — storytelling and vision transfer to guide customers through a personalised journey
  • Being a genuine product expert — selling creative Canva solutions and gathering customer feedback to influence the Product roadmap
  • Fostering long-term relationships — building partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, Customer Success)
  • Bringing chaos to clarity — simplifying complex situations into digestible, customer-ready stories using Canva tools

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
  • 5+ years of full-cycle selling experience with medium to large enterprise organisations, ideally in a technology company, with a track record of top performance
  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle with prospecting and new logo attainment
  • Ability to navigate complexity and craft tailored solutions for complex business challenges
  • Skill in creating detailed plans for intricate organisations
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, especially in face-to-face meetings with multiple key stakeholders
  • Track record of leading successful negotiations
  • Comfort with uncertainty and fast-paced environments
