About the role

Role focused on architecting and owning the Revenue Systems stack at Hex, co-owning the tech stack for the Revenue organization, and delivering CRM infrastructure to scale lead-to-revenue processes while maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce architecture end‑to‑end, ensuring scalability, stability, and clarity
  • Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through to delivery; full-cycle role including process design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Design systems with cross-functional teams to support lead to revenue processes such as lead routing, quote to cash, and data hygiene
  • Integrate and optimize GTM tooling (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Hubspot) with Salesforce to deliver seamless data flow
  • Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives, evaluating opportunities for automation and proactive insights

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst - deep Salesforce expertise: data model, automation, reporting, and governance
  • Proven ability to design scalable GTM processes and translate complex business requirements into system solutions
  • Strong technical skills - comfortable working in iPaaS platforms and integrations outside of Salesforce
  • Comfortable leading cross‑functional projects and communicating with non‑technical stakeholders
  • Curious and pragmatic about AI applications that drive GTM leverage
